Hard To Access Set-Up Areas- An additional fee will apply for hard to access set-up areas. Special setup equipment is required when setting up a Clear Span Tent. Please contact our offices if you're unsure of setup location and we can provide you with a free site visit consultation.

Asphalt Set Up and Cement Weights

An Additional 15% Drill & Fill Charge will apply for all tent set-ups that are in asphalt, concrete or stone. Holes will be filled with asphalt filler!
If Cement Weights are needed (when no drilling or steel spikes are acceptable) an additional amount per cement weight charge will apply!
All pole tents require stakes to be secured properly, cement weights can NOT be used to secure pole tents.

Tent Walls and Delivery Fee

Tent walls are $1.00-$2.00 per running foot
Delivery Fee will be added on to rental. Price for delivery depends on city of event.

Important Tent Terminology

Our pricing for our rentals are for 1 to 3 days. We set up tents all over Southwestern Ontario and as far east as Toronto.
Setup date and time of tents are determined week of event, if a particular day and time is requested an additional fee may apply.
No safety pins, pins, duct tape, tape, nails or any other sharp objects can be placed on tent walls or tents at any time. If any of these items are used the customer is responsible for cleaning fees, repairs and any damages.
We offer discounts for multiple tent rentals, charilty organizations and fund raisers.
Before arrival of your rental items Special Events and Tents will notify homeowner of instructions before the crew arrives.
Once tent is setup it can't be relocated without an additional fee
Before tent is setup please make sure to contact Ontario One Call at 1-800-400-2255 or www.on1call.com to confirm nothing is underground. Special Events and Tents will not be responsible for any damages to sprinkler systems or any underground wiring/cabling.
Upon the determined tent teardown time and date, if tables and chairs are still setup a minimum teardown fee of $350.00 will apply for us to teardown. Tables and Chairs must be stacked as they were upon delivery.
All tents include walls which can be rented at an additional fee.
A tent permit is required as per the Ontario Building Code (OBC) for tents that are 60 square metres (646 square feet) in ground area or greater. We can assist with the permit and an additional fee will apply.
A Engineer Inspection is required on larger tents (225 square metres) 2420 square feet prior to occupying structure.
Special Events and Tents will provide Flame Certificates and site plans for all permits to the necessary municipality and fire departments.
