Please Note-Additional charges apply for delivery and pickup. We do not set-up tables and chairs at event location. Tables and chairs are stacked upon delivery and they are to be stacked as they were upon delivery upon pickup or an additional fee will apply. If chairs are being used indoors Special Events and Tents is NOT responsible for any floor damage from chair legs.
Last-minute rentals will incur a last-minute booking fee based on the package being rented.
If you require the services for set-up and teardown of chairs or tables please contact our office for additional set-up and teardown fees.
Setup/Drop off times for rentals are normally done day before your event and pickup of rental items done day after your event, if a longer rental duration is needed please contact our office.
