Substitutions

Please Note

* If you're comparing prices make sure that your price you receive is for the same tent style and rental items.

* Setup date and time of tents are determined week of event, if a particular day and time is requested an additional fee may apply.

* No safety pins, pins, duct tape, tape, nails or any other sharp objects can be placed on tent walls or tents at any time. If any of these items are used the customer is responsible for cleaning fees, repairs and any damages.

* Before arrival of your rental items Special Events and Tents will notify homeowner of instructions before the crew arrives.

* Once tent is setup it can't be relocated without an additional fee.

* Before tent is setup please make sure to contact Ontario One Call at 1-800-400-2255 or www.on1call.com to confirm nothing is underground. Special Events and Tents will not be responsible for any damages to sprinkler systems or any underground wiring/cabling.

* Upon the determined tent teardown time and date, if tables and chairs are still setup a minimum teardown fee of $350.00 will apply for us to teardown. Tables and Chairs must be stacked as they were upon delivery.

* A tent permit is required as per the Ontario Building Code (OBC) for tents that are 60 square metres (646 square feet) in ground area or greater. We can assist with the permit and an additional fee will apply.

* A Engineer Inspection is required on larger tents (225 square metres) 2420 square feet prior to occupying structure.

* Special Events and Tents will provide Flame Certificates and site plans for all permits to the necessary municipality and fire departments.
